Shipping & Returns
Delivery and Ordering...
Subject to stock availability we will always try and deal with your order the day we receive it. We will endeavour to get the items to you within 4 working days (exceptions could be stock availability, weekends and bank holidays). A standard delivery charge will be made of £4 per item in your order, or free delivery over £500 order value. We can offer next day service at additional cost, call for details. International orders are possible at extra cost but you will need to call for details.
We accept no responsibility if incorrect delivery address or postcode are given - this may result in delayed or non-delivery of your order. Check your details before sending.
We have tried to make making your purchase as easy as possible. Select your product, put it in your basket and when you've finished go through the checkout where your shopping list will be on view with the exact amount you have to pay. Before finalising the transaction, we will ask you to fill out a registration form along with some personal financial information which is required for us to process the sale.

Credit and Debit cards are accepted
We will charge your account when we are satisfied we can fulfill your order, just prior to despatch.
If your request is not available, we will contact you to discuss and advise alternatives.
VAT is inclusive on all illustrated prices at seventeen and a half percent. Where applicable, please note some items do not require a VAT charge.
Refund/Exchange...
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase return it to us either in person or by post within 28 days of the original purchase date unworn, unused, in it's original packaging and with a receipt. We will exchange, credit or refund you for the value of goods only.
We do not store your financial details here.

Cancellation Policy

No contract shall be cancelled nor shall any goods, which are in accordance with the contract, be returned without the prior written approval of the seller and on terms to be determined at the absolute discretion of the seller. Unless the seller at its discretion decides otherwise, if the seller agrees to accept the return of any such goods, then: A goods return number obtained from the seller must be clearly shown on the returned parcels.
The goods to remain at the buyer's risk in all respects until received by the seller. The buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying any damage to the goods returned where such damage has, in the opinion of the seller, been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the buyer or through the buyer's fault.
The seller reserves the right to make a handling and restocking charge of 25% on goods which are returned if they were ordered in error or are no longer required.

Privacy & Security
There will be registration forms, order forms, competitions etc that will require your personal details. This information will be used strictly by Timbercare Nationwide Products only.
